Abstract	The features of legal adjusting of civil-military administrations functioning in Ukraine in the implementation of counter-terrorist operation were determined. The legal status of civil-military administrations, defined their basic rights and responsibilities. The functional capacity and the role of the civil-military administrations in the process of social and economic development of the territories under counter-terrorist operation were identified. The features of the organizational structure and staffing of the civil-military administrations in Ukraine were opened.
